Very bad experience — disrespectful and potentially sexist treatment I am extremely disappointed and, above all, very frustrated with the service. I was waiting my turn to pick up my order, while a man arrived after me. The server herself asked, "Whose role is this?" I clearly replied that it was mine. She responded, "OK," so she knew perfectly well that I was first. Despite this, she chose to serve the man who arrived after me and left me waiting. I find this attitude completely disrespectful and unacceptable. What bothers me even more is that I am a woman, and the person deliberately served a man who arrived after me, even though she had just confirmed that I was first. I obviously can't know what her intentions were, but as a customer, I clearly felt a difference in treatment because the other person was a man. And this kind of behavior, whether intentional or not, is absolutely unacceptable to me. When you ask who was there first, you simply respect the order of arrival. So I don't understand why she made me wait when she knew perfectly well I was first. I don't accept this kind of behavior, nor what I perceived as sexism. A very bad experience and extremely disappointing service. ++++++ When I contacted them via Instagram to complain, instead of discussing the situation with me or at least offering an apology, they chose to resolve the matter by blocking my profiles. Very professional business indeed 😂
