Second experience at this salon, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I had booked an appointment at 6 p.m. for a hammam, a blow-dry, and a gel manicure. Even at the end of the hammam, I couldn't find anyone to give me a bath towel. Then, at the salon, the blow-dry was done more or less adequately, but considering the price, it wasn't great. The organization and especially the attitude of the reception staff were very disappointing. From the beginning, I specified that I also had a gel manicure, but no one really answered me or informed me about the wait time. After the blow-dry, I was simply told to wait without any explanation. When I asked how long it would take, I was told that "it would be too long," as if that were normal. The most disturbing aspect remains the lack of professionalism and respect towards clients: no apologies, no clear communication, and a cold and unpleasant attitude from the receptionist. They even justified the delay by saying the nail technician hadn't arrived early, even though it's not the client who should suffer the consequences. A spa salon should offer relaxation, a warm welcome, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all. I had a confirmed appointment, and you're talking nonsense in your response. I made an appointment, and it was confirmed. Why are you responding with lies? But your service isn't going to lead to the success of your project, especially since I see many similar reviews. All these people are wrong, and you're right. And I saw no customers in the nail corner, nor any sign of the crowds of the day before Eid, nor any effort from your team apart from the woman at reception who only gestured with her head, she didn't even bother to speak, and I received no information about the waiting time.

I highly recommend this salon without hesitation. The welcome was warm, the team is professional and attentive. I am very satisfied with the results of my protein straightening treatment. I particularly appreciated the respect shown to my beliefs as a woman who wears a hijab. The team was very caring and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire service. Honestly, we had a fantastic time at the salon & spa with my girlfriend! We were so warmly welcomed, the team was incredibly friendly and always smiling, and they immediately put us at ease. You can tell the staff loves what they do, and it really makes a difference. The services were amazing; we left feeling relaxed and thrilled with the results.
