Superb spa, the staff are incredibly kind, not to mention the manager, who is a sweetheart ❤️ I recommend it 100%!

I had waxing, a facial/massage, and a hammam treatment. I started with the waxing. It was an extremely disappointing experience. I have a lot to say: the room was filthy. Since the paper on the waxing table wasn't changed between clients, I had other people's hairs stuck to me during my waxing. The cushion where you rest your head was dirty, just like everything else. The esthetician didn't check the wax temperature before applying it, so I had to grit my teeth several times. At the end of this ordeal, this woman didn't apply the post-waxing oil because "I'm going to have a hammam afterward." Yes, the problem is that before the hammam, I was given a facial (and therefore was sticky during that treatment), not to mention that a row of hairs was missed, which I only noticed afterward. I can't even say that the esthetician was friendly or cheerful because she wasn't. As for the person who gave me my facial, I have absolutely no regrets! She's a lovely woman, gentle and kind, who really takes care of her clients. The hammam treatment was also fantastic; the mother is lovely too. And I mustn't forget the blue-eyed woman who greeted me—the kind of gentle welcome you appreciate when you walk into a spa.
