The experience was bad. The employees don't want to do their jobs properly and behave badly towards customers. The salon is neglected, the equipment is inadequate, and the prices are very high for the quality. The owner should take better care of her salon and improve its management.

A salon I would not recommend. The girls who work there don't respect the clients, they speak and behave rudely. I had to pay for a service I didn't receive. The service was slow and there was zero professionalism. The manager is only there for show, and when I contacted the owner, she didn't even reply.

I had an appointment at 5 p.m., clearly stating that I was expected back at 6 p.m. At 6 p.m., I still hadn't been seen. My hair was washed with very cold water. I asked to have my eyelashes done while they were waiting for the application, but they didn't even have the lashes in stock, and I had to wait while they went to buy them. The worst part: I had to dry my hair myself while the estheticians sat on the sofa watching videos and laughing loudly. No respect for the customer, no organization whatsoever. 👉 Blow-dry result: zero, very disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this salon. A salon can't run itself. Wake up, because this kind of behavior drives customers away and destroys your reputation.

Disappointed with the service! 👎 I went once for waxing and wasn't happy with the results. I wanted to go back to give the salon a second chance, but... nothing changed. A bad experience. For a manicure and polish application, the staff was unpleasant and the result was disastrous. Never going back.

A terrible experience. The hairdresser, Safae, clearly doesn't know how to color hair, even though the price is high. I ended up with awful yellow and gray highlights right after rinsing. She works without a catalog, and when she realized the poor result, she asked me to come back the next day to correct the color. However, the following day she demanded another 150 dirhams, even though I had already paid 550 dirhams. Completely unprofessional. My appointment was rescheduled three times, and I stayed until after 10:30 PM. The salon is filthy. She dropped some equipment, picked it up from the dirty floor, and put it on my hair. It's awful, avoid at all costs. It's not recommended for clean and respectable women. The hairdresser is dishonest; she told me the owner is demanding more money. Catastrophic! 🤮🤮
