As a long-time neighbor and loyal customer of this establishment, I have always been understanding of the occasional minor inconvenience. Unfortunately, today's experience exceeded what I consider acceptable. I ordered my usual breakfast, but several items listed on the menu were missing. Olive oil was absent, as were the fromage blanc and yogurt advertised in the set menu. When I pointed out these omissions, only the olive oil was brought to me, while I was simply told that the yogurt was no longer available. I regret that no prior information was provided and no alternative was offered. Furthermore, the egg tortilla served this morning seemed to have been prepared well in advance and then simply reheated. The expected freshness and quality were unfortunately lacking. Beyond this incident, I have noticed a gradual decline in the quality of service and the attitude of some staff members for some time now, which significantly detracts from the customer experience. It is therefore with regret that I have decided to no longer patronize this establishment. This decision is all the more disappointing as I live next door to the restaurant and have long been a regular and loyal customer. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be received as constructive criticism and that it will contribute to improving service for future customers.

Every time I go to Kenitra, this is my go-to café; I have breakfast there every day. The waiters are very friendly, and the place is very cozy.
