They stole our money - do not stay here. We booked two rooms and both had money stolen. The manager was completely unhelpful and uncaring so we asked him to call the police which he refused to do for more than an hour. He tried to then tell the police that my husband, a Professor, was attacking him and his staff. We are here in Morocco to attend and present at an international conference trying to make the world a better place. We are insulted by this man’s behaviour towards us. He claimed to the police we were intoxicated - completely untrue. We asked multiple times for the police to be called, we waited in the middle of the night for them to be called, we waited for the police to arrive, we spoke with police and then my husband and son went with the police to the station to make statements returning to the hotel at 5am. French is not our first language but it was clear that the manager was telling the police in French things that were untrue (we could tell by his gestures). We did not flood the room - this is a lie. Morocco is filled with beautiful locals, such a shame that we were treated this way by one man.
Excellent location, right by the metro track. The place is beautiful, room, common areas, and even the bathroom. They arranged for our pickup from the airport and we loved our driver so much we called on him for the rest of the trip. Wifi was great and they even helped with our luggage. Would recommend to anyone going to Casablanca. Wish we stayed longer!
There is nothing bad I could say about the place. It is more of a family business, located in a "pink palace". The place is very well maintained and sparkling clean and, the breakfast on the other hand has a good variety and is very delicious. The area where it is located can feel a little far from the main touristic objectives, but trust me, the calm and silence from the hostel's garden is worth all the money.
Really amazing place to stay! Yves and Brigitte are amazing hosts that will help you with anything. Great breakfast and a great courtyard. I would definitely recommend it!
I had booked the LHOSTEL à Casablanca as a stopover for one night on my motorbike trip. It is wonderfully quiet in a district of Casablance, where there are probably several hospitals. The house itself is a beautiful remnant of when it was tastefully built. From the inside you can also see good taste in terms of design and furnishings. my room was very clean, big enough and had a large bathroom outside (on the same floor) with two sinks, toilet, shower and bidet. I was able to sleep very well because it was absolutely quiet. Restaurants can be found within walking distance (out of the hostel, turn left twice and the first can be found directly after a total of 150m). The breakfast is very rich, everyone will find something for themselves. I would book again at the LHOSTEL à Casablanca.
We stayed here with family including 2 kids for 3 nights and very much enjoyed our stay we felt at home. Staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are very clean. Lovely breakfast in a large kitchen. A nicely decorated lobby and the parking place were among positive points. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet accommodation far from hustle and bustle of city center with good access to the Medina by metro and Carrefour is one block away.
Very Good experience, The Staff is very kind. Thanks for all !!!!!
A perfect place for having a calm and relaxing place, the hostel is really clean. Very delicious breakfast and you could enjoy your breakfast in the back garden and have a relaxing time in the front garden. If you are traveling without a car, the Hostel is really close to the train station and you can easily reach the city center.
