Very disappointed. The hairdresser doesn't do what you want, but what he wants. I asked for a cut without changing the length, but he didn't see things the same way and cut off 15 cm! The result is a ruined haircut. Furthermore, it's never mentioned that there's no card payment terminal, and the prices are unclear as well. In short, very disappointed, definitely avoid this place.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. My first unpleasant surprise: there is no card payment terminal, which is not mentioned beforehand. This is important information that should be communicated to customers. I paid 200 dirhams for a shampoo, blow-dry, and treatment. I was asked for an additional 100 dirhams for a so-called L'Oréal repairing treatment. In the end, it wasn't the advertised product, but simply a generic brand conditioner. So I paid for a treatment I never received. The blow-dry looked nice at the time, but I left with very dry hair that was more damaged than when I arrived. Paying 200 dirhams for a shampoo, blow-dry, and supposed treatment, and ending up with hair that's more damaged than before, is truly disappointing. It's all the more disappointing because, given the salon's reputation and the numerous public figures who have attended, I expected a much higher quality service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.

I immediately contacted the salon, who asked me to send photos via WhatsApp to see the result. I did, but I never received a single reply. I felt very uncomfortable, stressed, and intimidated, even though I was simply asking for a solution to a perfectly legitimate problem. On top of that, my hair was very damaged after the service. Paying 150 dirhams for a result that doesn't even last an hour, and then being treated this way when I ask for an explanation, is completely unacceptable. This is the first time I've had such an experience. I usually go to a salon right next door and I've never had this kind of problem. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, the nonexistent after-sales service, and the way clients are treated.
