I ordered a DeLonghi coffee machine for our establishment, a brand renowned worldwide for its efficiency and reliability. However, Mirka's customer service was particularly disappointing: it took 10 days of back-and-forth via WhatsApp to finalize the order. By comparison, I probably would have taken less time to pick up the machine myself in Italy, directly from the manufacturer. I strongly recommend improving the responsiveness of the sales process.
