To the owner: I am writing this review because I see great potential in your establishment and want to see it succeed. The decor and design are beautiful, but unfortunately, the service and atmosphere during my recent visit did not match the high-quality environment you’ve built. A few specific areas for improvement: * The Atmosphere: Upon sitting down, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke which immediately affected the mood. Upstairs, the environment felt disorganized, with group of people acting in a way that felt more like a fast-food/snack place rather than a refined restaurant (also smoking). * Service Standards: I had to signal for the waiter multiple times while the staff chatted at the counter. When I did get attention, the service was dismissive. I felt like a burden rather than a guest. * Consistency: There is a disconnect between the 'posh' branding of the restaurant and the casual, unmanaged behavior allowed inside. I visited during my time in Dakhla hoping for a full dining experience, but left feeling frustrated. I would love to return, but only if the professional standards are raised to match the beautiful physical space you’ve created. I was frustrated at the end of my evening and would be hesitant to spend money here again unless these issues are addressed. I truly wish you the best and hope these tips help you improve the guest experience for the nearest future.

I had one of the worst service experiences at Le Passage. From the start, the waiter was dismissive and unhelpful. Every single request we made was rejected with an attitude that felt rude and unprofessional. Instead of making us feel welcome, he acted as if we were bothering him. It completely ruined the atmosphere of the morning and left us with a very negative impression of the place. Honestly, I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant, and I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

This place was a great find. And the reviews don't lie, great food and service. And the place itself was far nicer than other cafes in this region. Super comfortable chairs/seats. Very content with this place

Oh my god! From the starters to desert to cocktails…everything in this place tastes so good. Very authentic food and ambiance. The chef is very welcoming and attentive to details. Thé Hamburgesa was just a real delight. Thank you for the whole experience. It made our stay in Dakhla tasting divine.

By far the best food in town but even more the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to in Morocco. Great service, delicious and fresh food. The setting is so refreshing and authentic. Thank you Chef Hassan for the amazing meals and Elias for the perfect service. It is a must place to go to
