We visited as a family and the staff were welcoming. The one-hour massages were excellent and we'd happily recommend those. However, we were disappointed with the hammam. We booked the 45-minute hammam and 60-minute massage package. The massage was delivered as advertised, but the hammam for the four men was carried out by a single therapist in approximately 45 minutes total. This meant each person only received a short individual treatment before the therapist moved on to the next person. We had expected each guest to receive a full 45-minute hammam treatment, so this part of the experience did not match our expectations. If group bookings share one therapist, this should be made clear when booking.

Such an amazing experience. We booked in via WhatsApp and this was a smooth booking process. As discussed, we didnt need to bring anything apart from the cash for the service. The hammam (by Imane and Douniya) and massage (by Khadija and Sana) was very relaxing and thorough. As someone who wears hijab, it was nice that they took this into account and allowed us privacy within the hammam. Will definitely come back again next time in Marrakesh!

Excellent hammam in Marrakesh with friends. We would definitely come back. The establishment is really nice and clean. The Hammam was really professional and the massage by Naïma and Kadhija 2 was one of the best I’ve taken. It’s truly a whole body experience and these ladies did it like no other. We recommend this hammam for everyone who’s in need of some splendid relaxation!

The place was perfectly lovely, but I want to make a special mention for therapist Soukaina. She was so good, Honestly can’t remember a better massage, highly highly recommend. It was lovely relaxing massage. The Hammam experience was also amazing. The whole place is very clean, well maintained. Other staff present were very nice too, very professional.They were doing their absolute best, me and my sisters we were feeling like queens. Absolutely fantastic. And we will definitely be back.

Returned again for the second day in a row for another hammam and massage. My husband and I got our same masseuse as yesterday- Hayat and Kareem, they were amazing as usual! Absolutely enjoyed our visit again and it was the perfect way to end our trip. All staff were so welcoming and looked after us so well. Very professional and friendly, lovely and clean place too. If we visit Marrakech again we will definitely come back. Gonna be telling all our friends about this gem! Highly recommended ❤️
