The products are good and the quality is definitely there. You can tell the ingredients used are of higher quality than in many other bakeries in the city. Unfortunately, I can't give more than two stars because of the service. The organization is very poor: there are several sales assistants, but they seem poorly coordinated. They appear rushed and sometimes give the impression that they don't want to serve customers. Even at the register, the management is quite confusing. It's a real shame, because this bakery has a lot of potential. With better organization and a more welcoming atmosphere, the experience would be much better.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined. We opted for the usual savory pastries, but I found they were all vermicelli.
