First, food is absolutely really bad, too oily and out of color! Glasses and tea pots, forks and nives we were served are not clean . However, staff is nice and the location of the cafe is good. I hope they pay attention to hygeinty and quality of food they serve.

An absolute 10/10 experience! We came here today for my dad’s 60th birthday, and the team blew us away. The food and drinks—specifically the cake, coffee, and smoothies—were outstanding. What made it truly special was the hospitality. Our server was so genuinely kind that it felt like home, and he even surprised my dad with a gift. We will definitely be returning. Officially favorite SPOT ! PS: MANGO SHAKE … OMG ! just perfect

I do really appreciate the service. Especially when I asked for a non available item, and he made it only for me and it was just delicious. Thanks again for the service.

This was my second visit to this place, and while the tables were empty, I don't know why. The food was terrible and incredibly expensive. The service was awful; the waiters seemed to hate seeing you, their looks made you feel unwanted, like you were working for them. May God preserve it as a commodity.

We waited over 20 minutes for a server to take our order; they just looked at us and didn't come. Shameful and unprofessional.

We arrived at our table and waited for the menu. An elderly person was serving us. Several people who arrived after us all received menus, as if the elderly person didn't want to serve us. We were about to leave, but fortunately, another waiter, Mr. El Goumri, whom I thank, asked us to stay. He insisted we remain and welcomed us properly. To the manager of the establishment, your waiter El Goumri is very warm and exemplary. Please take good care of him; he is very friendly and pleasant. Thanks to him, I had a good experience. Thank you to him.

A lovely, well-located spot with a lot of potential. I've been going there since it opened and I always get the pastry, juice, or hot drink combo. There's a wide selection of pastries, but you can tell they're not always very fresh. There's a large selection of juices, but only three were available that day. As for the service, being chatty and "friendly" doesn't make you a good waiter. When you ask for sugar, the waiter replies, "Your tea is already sweetened" (ps: we never received the sugar). And when you want to leave and pay, the waiter disappears, and I had to wait 30 minutes for the bill before going to the counter to pay myself. A truly disastrous experience, especially considering the competition nearby. The manager is present and does what he can; he needs to be more careful.

Everything was slow: the service, the food (an hour's wait for two croque madames and two burgers...). Luckily, the food was good. However, the bakery was very good.
