A very bad experience. Although it was clearly my turn, the saleswoman with her hair tied back turned her head and completely ignored me, without any explanation. Fortunately, her older colleague took over and served me properly. This lack of consideration and professionalism is truly regrettable.

Beautiful pastries and a lovely bakery, however the cashier was very unpleasant, impolite, and unsmiling. It seemed like she was there by force; she could barely stand, and was incredibly lazy. We received a very poor welcome, and I have no desire to return. If I were the manager, I would fire her immediately as she gives a bad impression of the establishment.

Best Chamonix Cake Nationwide. Couldn’t wait i had to eat it right there and then. Very nice staff service is on point.

Honestly, one of the best places in Kenitra! The staff are incredibly kind, always smiling and welcoming; it's a real pleasure. Everything they make is excellent, whether it's the bread, pastries, or savory items—we enjoy it every time. But a special mention goes to their traditional cakes (beldi)—they're absolutely divine! And if you haven't yet tried their chicken and fish pastillas, go for it—they're incredibly delicious and generously filled.

I ordered a shrimp vol-auvent. It had air with sauce but no shrimp; it was mediocre.

The products were very good, but my service was lacking. The woman providing the service was very unpleasant. A shame.

Large selection, prices a bit high but hey, there's demand! Very well located and spacious, but the staff is a little slow

It's really a shame to see the decline in customer service. The products aren't bad, but the service is sorely lacking. It doesn't make me want to go back unless you're considering restructuring your teams. They need coaching, including the manager who was there today. It's a pity. I hope you'll take this seriously; I'll remove my rating. Thank you.
