Delicious cake

In my experience, the quality doesn't match the prices. Yesterday, I bought a lemon cake whose taste was so unpleasant it made me feel nauseous. I've also noticed on several occasions that customer requests aren't always taken into account. When you order a certain quantity of bread, you're sometimes given a different quantity without any explanation or information about product availability. Furthermore, I sent my husband to pick up two trays of almond pastries. Instead, he received one tray of almonds and another that was partly made up of shortbread cookies, without us being informed of this change. We only discovered it once we got home. It would have been appreciated to be consulted before any product substitutions. This experience was disappointing for us, both in terms of service and quality. Unfortunately, this will be our last order from this bakery.

Very disappointed with the service, the customer service was far from pleasant. I've been a customer for over 12 years, but I so regret it... a real headache for nothing.

I've bought pastries and bread from them several times and have never been disappointed. The trompe-l'œil decorations are really well done. The welcome is always warm, nothing to complain about.

Honestly, the cake is absolutely delicious (8/10). But... the staff were unwelcoming, no smiles or conversation. I felt like I was in a military barracks. They were so overly attentive and seemed to have an excessive fear of anyone there...

I do not recommend it, the service is terrible, the cashier is not at all professional and speaks very rudely to customers, it is really unfortunate to find oneself facing ill-mannered people.
