If it were possible for me to rate this place with a zero stars, I most certainly would! To commence my review, allow me to illustrate the lack of organization and cleanliness that is prevalent in this establishment. Whilst you inquire about their services, the employees can often be found engrossed in their phones, affording you minimal attention. Patience is required as you wait for them to respond to their messages before addressing your questions. The sole positive aspect of this place lies in the kind and diligent lady working in the Hammam. Considering that this is a beauty establishment, it should naturally encompass all things beauty. Hopefully, the owner is aware of these issues and can make necessary improvements.
