I'm very disappointed with this swimming pool and especially with its new pricing policy. As a Moroccan living abroad (MRE), I used to frequent this establishment regularly with my family during our stays in Taza. Each time, we spent a considerable amount, easily exceeding 1,500 DH between entrance fees and food and drinks. Today, we were a group of 12 people, including 5 older children and 4 younger ones. At reception, I was informed that every adult had to pay for entry, even if they weren't swimming. I offered to pay for an additional entry for three people to find a compromise, but my proposal was refused. Faced with this situation, I simply decided to leave and go to Tribord, where the prices are more reasonable and where those who aren't swimming aren't required to pay an entrance fee. I find this policy particularly excessive. 80 DH per person, in a country where the minimum wage remains around 3,000 DH, represents a significant sum for a family. Especially since in several European countries, one can access swimming pools that meet strict hygiene and safety standards for just a few euros. I fully understand that a swimming pool has operating costs and that regulations are necessary, but the purchasing power of families must also be taken into account, and a minimum of flexibility should be shown. It's truly a shame to lose regular customers because of such a rigid pricing policy. Another family left the pool at the same time as me for the same reason. I hope that management will take customer feedback into consideration and revise its prices and regulations.

Charging companions who just want to consume something is not very fair, especially when we explain our disability.
