Unfortunately, the staff at this bakery are very rude and disrespectful. This completely ruins the customer experience. I hope management will pay attention to the quality of service.

If I were the owner, I'd replace the staff. You get nasty looks from head to toe. The service is really bad; I can't comment on the pastries since we only got Bastilla to go. But I would never go back here, solely because of the staff.

The place is clean, the service is very poor, and the quality is even worse. The Oreo cupcake in the picture tastes like dirt and is inedible, but the people in charge don't care about customer feedback.
