I had booked a massage for 3:30 PM. After driving 35 minutes to get there, I was told upon arrival that they had "forgotten" to note my appointment. Even worse, my spot had been given to another client, whom I saw being seated and welcomed for her massage right in front of me, without any hesitation whatsoever. There's absolutely no respect for clients' time. The staff didn't even bother to offer a single apology for this unacceptable mistake. The reception and management are simply catastrophic: zero professionalism. I regret leaving my usual spa to try their services. Lots of advertising, but no professionalism to back it up.

Honestly, everything was great. The treatment. The service. Everything was wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I highly recommend the salon. I had a massage with the Filipina, it was amazing, absolutely nothing to complain about. The nail polish application with Dorine was also perfect; everything was flawless. I was pampered from the moment I arrived until I left, like a baby. I recommend it without hesitation, and a big thank you to Ms. Laila.

I went there today at 6 pm for a color treatment and blow-dry. They use the Nashi line, which I just discovered. The salon is clean and the service is excellent. If you have an appointment, you won't have to wait; they'll see you on time. I enjoyed going. I'm going to try the pedicure this week.
