The Moroccan bath was subpar. Halfway through, the attendant came to tell me my 50-minute session was over and the water would be cold. The way they treated customers was unwelcoming and unethical, as if you were begging for their service rather than receiving payment. A terrible experience, and I definitely don't recommend it.

Unfortunately, there's absolutely no respect for the customer. The way they talk, and everywhere you go, the girls are grumpy. Only one of them welcomes people and smiles at you, but the rest don't make you feel comfortable at all. Are they forced to work? Do they just can't stand people? God knows. Because a salon is supposed to be a place where customers feel comfortable, and if they're coming for something specific, they should do other things, not come for one thing and just wait for it to be over so they can leave. It's shameful and very disappointing.

Bad experience for the second time. Hammam Barad Halto. The hammam's promotion is just advertising. Poor time management.

Doesn't even deserve one star. A terrible experience: no professionalism, no respect, and no working equipment. The hammam was freezing cold; the water got cold in the middle of December for no apparent reason. The permanent wave was expensive for the products used (an unknown brand). The blow-dry was subpar. The staff are amateurs in hairdressing and beauty, completely lacking in expertise. I absolutely do not recommend it; a waste of time and money.
