I had an excellent experience at this clinic during the birth of my baby. Dr. Sarah was incredibly caring, patient, and professional. She always took the time to answer my questions and encouraged me to have a natural birth whenever it was safe to do so, which I truly appreciated. The entire team was kind, supportive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my experience. Thank you, Dr. Sarah and everyone at the clinic, for the outstanding care. My father in law was operated on here for a broken arm, and while I want to be fair, the experience left me disappointed on two fronts. First, the payment. The surgery was 6000 MAD, which is fine, but when I tried to pay by card I was told it was not possible because the amount was not declared. So instead of a simple card payment we were sent out into a hot, sunny Marrakech day to look for an ATM. The first one was broken, and we had to walk on and find a second before we could finally settle the bill. For a clinic of this level, refusing card payment for a planned surgery is hard to understand. Second, and more important, the communication. After the operation I asked what had been done and what we needed to do next, and no one could tell me. The doctor had gone straight into another surgery that could take hours, and there was no one available to explain the procedure or the aftercare. When your family member has just come out of an operation, being left without a single word of explanation is not acceptable. I stayed calm through all of it, but I left unhappy. I had actually been planning for my wife to give birth here next month. After today I will be looking at other options.

I went to this clinic with a broken elbow. The staff quickly took radiology and put on a cast. The doctor changed my arm's position from open palm to side palm, claiming it was fine. Two months later, after removing the cast and starting movement therapy, my elbow remained stuck at 90 degrees. Further radiology revealed it healed sideways, with a bone sticking out that prevented bending. I was shocked and devastated by the mismanagement and wasted time. I strongly advise against this clinic.
