It's Great hotel Cleane rooms Friendly stuff
Overall good experience. Good for the family and kids as there is a big pool with sunbathing areas. Could do with a few more sun-beds however. Room hygiene was good and cleaners done a good job. Breakfast food was pretty average, but it wasn’t bad. They have eggs(scrambled eggs tasted funny), salami, cheese, croissants, bread, coffee machine etc. However, the workers are quite lazy and won’t refill drink jugs/bring more croissants/refill tissues unless you ask them, and they will stare at you while you’re eating your food which made me quite uncomfortable. Breakfast should last until around 10 but as soon as they tick everyone off their list they start cleaning the buffet up which was disappointing. I like to eat my breakfast slowly so it’s annoying when it’s still relatively early and the workers are already cleaning up. Overall, pretty good experience. It’s all you can expect from a 3 star hotel. Main things to work on is the customer service and maybe the food.
Spartan. The rooms are small but adequate. The bed is comfortable and the bath has a shower, but no tub. The room is clean. There is a pool. Check in for our group, even though our guide came an hour in advance of us, was slow and tedious (I think we had a total of 17 rooms, but it took over 20 minutes to allocate the keys that had already been assigned).
Perfect location, walking distance to the kasbah , I will definitely go back . Rooms was very nice and clean, beds was comfortable, beautiful view and the breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to the director Mr Mouhaddab and his wonderful team .
Exactly what we needed, in a perfect location . One way you have restaurants, another you have cafes" town centre" with desert majesty (we booked up a couple tours and dessert trips) and the other is a few more shops but our interest was kart adventures. Every think you could possibly need was in walking distance. We had a little issue with our door lock but got someone straight up and made the decision to move our room so within 5mins of the issue we were in our new room brilliant. One of the days we chilled by the pool for a couple hours nice and peaceful.
So so. Other people on the tour hated it even more. My room reeked of smoke. Lots of obnoxious Russians about. My shower head was broken; I fixed it. Apparently, I'm more handy than the staff. Breakfast was okay. I'm always good to with cold cereal and croissants. Pool looked nice, but it was not heated. I would stay elsewhere if in the area again. Whilst I never had to deal with the front desk, there apparently was some brouhaha with rude Russians demanding that members of our tour get off of the office computers. Supposedly, the front desk staff actually threatened to kick out the Russians hotel.
The hotel’s room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. The location is great. The pillows were really uncomfortable (that’s a personal opinion though). Wish there were a fridge in the room.
I was personally subjected to racism when I wanted to benefit from the hotel’s services by the receptionist last year, but I will not remain silent in defending my right.
