Hôtel Riad

A remarkable hotel, not quite up to European standards, but almost. A single room with a balcony cost 100 dirhams. Impeccably clean, with clean sheets and pillowcases, and a new blanket (though today it's 31 degrees Celsius, no air conditioning, but the temperature is very bearable). The shared bathroom was recently renovated and spotlessly clean, with hot water provided by an electric water heater. Houssain gave us an excellent welcome. Secure bicycle storage was available. An excellent stopover for cyclists. I almost forgot to mention the excellent modern lighting, excellent Wi-Fi, and a table with a chair. Truly remarkable!

Noise all night, an empty bed ⛔️

To be completely honest, it's the worst hotel you could ever visit. I suffered from bedbug bites all over my body, and even after I left the hotel and returned home, the bedbugs had gotten into my luggage. I had to throw away all my belongings just to get rid of them — and even then, the problem didn’t end. Honestly, the hotels in this city are very bad. I recommend renting a furnished apartment through a real estate agent instead.
