A distinctive and elegant hotel

The staff's attitude was frankly appalling and completely unprofessional, even though they were entirely in the wrong. The room was booked with breakfast included for the entire stay, but upon arrival, we were told that breakfast wasn't provided and that we were on our own. And of course, after complaining to Booking.com, the staff showed no remorse and summoned me for an explanation... with, of course, no apology whatsoever. However, I thank Booking.com for supporting us throughout this situation and refunding the cost of the lunch.

Very nice and clean, everything is still brand new. and very pleasant service
