Deplorable, shameful, and dishonest: you're required to pay in advance, they boast about the quality of the accommodation... and when you open the room they give you, the beds aren't made, and there are bottles and cotton swabs on the floor! And the hotel is otherwise empty! The sea view: admittedly, it's hard to resist because there's a building under construction between the hotel and the sea, as tall as, or even taller than, the hotel! Run away....

Hotel Méditerranée is certainly among the top three hotels in Nador. While it's a two-star hotel, the value for money is excellent. It's exceptional, in fact, compared to our experience in other hotels and cities: impeccable bedding, excellent Wi-Fi, spotless, no noise, and above all, a view of Nador Bay... It's three times cheaper than the Mercur Hotel, which is right across the street. Expect to pay 490 DH per night, without breakfast. Special mention goes to the receptionists, both day and night. Ahmed and his colleague are very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff are meticulous. The location is right in the center, near the waterfront promenade, the shopping arcade, restaurants, and more. Hotel Méditerranée is a great choice for travelers who value comfort. If you're a motorcyclist, a night watchman will look after your bike for 20 DH per night. A bit pricey, but he does the job.

For a small hotel, I find it well-maintained, with all the necessary comforts for a good night's sleep. It's located just steps from Lake Marchica. Three people in a four-bed room with a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a beautiful view for 650 dirhams seems quite reasonable to me.
