A beautiful and calm place that gives you peace of mind
Very clean and nice view ,calm
A very disappointing experience. The room wasn't clean and the mattresses were in a deplorable state: one was rock hard, like a plank of wood, and the other had springs that made a terrible noise, digging into my back. A sleepless night is guaranteed if you book this establishment. The worst part was the reception: at check-out, I pointed out these problems to the receptionist to see if they could improve things. Her response? "What's the problem if you couldn't sleep one night?" A completely inappropriate attitude and a blatant lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.
Enjoy the experience! Man9iyash room or bathtub 7-along toilet paper is empty or used to wash the toilet when he washes the toilet or uses soap or shampoo to use the Na9s phone after washing it
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Everything about it is zero. The rooms are filthy, the mattresses are worn out, the mattresses are like rocks, there's a lot of noise, and the price is outrageous compared to the service. The funny thing is, the breakfast is so bad even cats wouldn't eat it! And when you talk to them, they tell you, "This is what God has given us." Hotels like this are ruining the city's image.
This establishment bears no resemblance whatsoever to the listing on the app. I am extremely disappointed by my experience. Starting with the price, we were subjected to an exorbitant exchange rate, and we were overcharged for bottled water without prior notice. Furthermore, the suite we booked had no coffee maker, tea maker, or kettle in the bathroom, no towels, and no toilet paper in the toilet, even though all these "options" were listed in the advertisement—if you consider toilet paper an option at all. Finally, we were denied access to the bathroom because the bank located beneath the hotel was leaking. The beds were awful, and the cleanliness was nonexistent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
A very friendly and attentive lady greeted me. The parking lot, which is marked as private, is actually right in front of the hotel and is public, as it's located on the boulevard. The room was a standard size. The breakfast was well-served and plentiful.
