Hôtel Kenz Mehdia

Excellent hotel. Great service. Really enjoyed my stay with my wife and kids. Pool was clean. Kids loved the fairground 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Good location, clean apartment, nice view of the pool and sea, only drawback is the games fair which disturbs the peace of the complex, avoid taking the apartments on the beach side (bedroom opens directly onto the public car park)

Aqua Park mehdia

A disgrace for an establishment like Kenzi Mehdia. My stay was a disaster from beginning to end. The apartments are dirty, poorly maintained, and the prices are outrageously high compared to the quality offered. The reception staff are completely incompetent, disorganized, and disrespectful. The management is utterly unprofessional. I was made to wait for over four hours with my children, with absolutely no consideration, only to be informed that there were no rooms available. This is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this will be my last stay. Avoid this place until it undergoes serious reform.

Unfortunately, we didn't find any amenities in the room, and I don't recommend visiting it... no soap, no towels except for one, no drinking water, no prayer rug... and the bathroom doesn't have a bidet (if you plan to rent, bring a kettle for washing with you), no ladle... no split air conditioner to heat the room since it's the beginning of winter... no heaters... no clothes hangers, just a solid closet... no phone to communicate... no Wi-Fi in the room... no tissues in the room. The living room curtains are very transparent, so we couldn't relax there. A very unfortunate experience considering the high price. Breakfast is good, okay, one menu for all tenants...

There's no phone to contact reception. They don't come to change the sheets. You have to move your belongings yourself.
