The guy in the reception, Yassir, super friendly. Also the best hotel for budget trips.

Unfortunately, this hotel is very old, dirty, and dilapidated, reeking of grime and filth. It's not undergoing any renovations, repairs, or maintenance. And the worst part is, the cleaning lady doesn't clean the room floors properly with bleach or a proper drying cloth. Instead, she just uses a black, dirty, and filthy cloth, leaving a mess on the floor, which only makes things worse. The biggest problem is that the air conditioning doesn't work. It's just filth upon filth. I wish the earth would swallow this hotel up, or that a powerful earthquake or a nuclear airstrike would destroy it.

No towels, it's difficult to communicate with reception, when you ask the room price they ask about the breakfast price and they say all-inclusive, but when you leave they charge you for breakfast and even parking for parking on the sidewalk. I do not recommend this establishment.

No hygiene whatsoever, cockroaches, construction work until 10 pm, spiders on the ceiling, my daughter got a urinary tract infection, clogged sink, lots of dust, disgusting restaurant. Avoid at all costs!!!

A terrible experience! The air conditioning didn't work. The rooms and toilets were in very poor condition. The Wi-Fi didn't work. And the service was nonexistent. I do not recommend it!!
