Aside from the smells from the wastewater treatment plant across the street, the hotel remains excellent in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. The hosts are really friendly and ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. We loved it, thank you.

Wonderful location. A plus for the kitchen and TV in every room, and the elevator. However, the sheets, towels, and bedding are not clean. The shower is so poorly designed in most rooms that it floods the entire bathroom.

Beautiful apartment. Clean, well-equipped, warm welcome and good communication. Wi-Fi available, close to the beach and town center, well-located and accessible for people with disabilities. Very clean bed linens and towels. Nice layout. Thank you so much for the warm welcome; we felt right at home.

Very good value for money in the winter, that is. For the summer, you'd be better off looking at other reviews. I paid 200 per night in October and my neighbor 150.

A great place to stay when traveling for business or pleasure in the city of Al Hoceima, located near the city center and the beach, it's very good and the apartments are very clean with a very reasonable price, I highly recommend it.
