Hôtel Aniss

A very, very bad hotel. Unfortunately, their treatment of guests is terrible; they raise their voices. As is typical in all hotels, they take guest information from passports. I gave them all my information and sent a photo of my passport and entry stamp via WhatsApp to the owner. They insisted I keep my passport until my stay was over. I refused, but they agreed. After that, I went up to my room, and then I was surprised when someone banged on the door and raised their voice, demanding I speak to the hotel owner. I spoke to him, and he insisted on keeping my passport. The owner told me to give him my passport to keep or leave. I went to sleep that night, and then at 11:00 AM, I was surprised to be told to leave the hotel because my stay was over. I was shocked to learn that the hotel's policy is to forcibly remove guests at 11:00 AM. Beware of this hotel; their methods are strange, it's filthy, there's no elevator, no heating, no air conditioning, nothing. And it's considered expensive.
