I visited the Bustan Hotel in Beni Mellal, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived at the reception, the service was poor; one of the staff members even threw a pen at me in an inappropriate manner. The room lacked even the most basic modern amenities: the door was dilapidated, and the electrical outlets were old and in need of repair. The breakfast was extremely limited; we didn't even find an omelet, and there was a significant lack of variety. Furthermore, the price of the accommodation was high compared to the services provided, reaching 600 dirhams per night for two people. Overall, the experience was subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality for the price.
