I had the worst possible experience at this clinic. The staff is simply disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional. The quality of care is catastrophic, with absolutely no seriousness or consideration for patients. Everything is disorganized, and you clearly feel a lack of responsibility and humanity. I strongly advise against going to this place; avoid it at all costs if you value your health and want to be treated with respect.

⚠️ Very bad experience with the Clinique des Oliviers in Fkih Ben Salah. My younger brother was involved in a traffic accident and required emergency treatment. From the very first consultation, even before the treatment was finished, we were asked to pay immediately. The reception and treatment of patients and their families were rude and disrespectful. The medical care was woefully inadequate, especially for his facial injuries. The on-call team on September 4, 2025, showed no real interest in his condition. Furthermore, the bill was inflated excessively and even "negotiated," which clearly constitutes questionable practice. They also failed to write a report for the X-rays and CT scan, which is unacceptable for proper medical follow-up. They present a positive image on social media, but the reality is quite different. I strongly advise against going to this clinic.
