This is the best food I have ever had. The WiFi and customer service are good, and the hygiene is very good. You must try the French toast; it is the best!

I was really disappointed with my experience. I found what appeared to be an insect in my meal, which completely ruined my appetite. The dish was quite expensive 130 dh, so this was especially upsetting. I informed the staff, and they handled the situation politely, but this should never happen in the first place. I hope the restaurant improves its quality control and hygiene to prevent this from happening again.

I ordered a latte and after one sip it was obvious the milk had gone off. I asked for it to be replaced, assuming it was a simple mistake. Instead, I was charged for it anyway. When I asked why, the waiter spoke to the owner, who refused because I had “already tried it.” I’m still trying to work out how anyone is supposed to discover spoiled milk without taking a sip first. It’s a shame, because the staff are generally pleasant and do their best. Unfortunately, good service can only compensate so much. The place seems to rely more on social media hype than on consistently delivering quality. The prices suggest a premium experience, but the ingredients and the way customer issues are handled tell a different story. I paid and left because arguing over one coffee wasn’t worth my time. It wasn’t about the money—it was about the principle. Charging a loyal customer for a drink that was undrinkable due to spoiled milk says a lot about how little customer satisfaction seems to matter. There are plenty of cafés in Casablanca that serve better coffee, use fresher ingredients, and understand that good hospitality is measured by how you handle mistakes, not by insisting your customer pays for them.

Excellent breakfast with fresh, delicious food. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Said, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. He made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. A perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely brunch with friends or family.
