I was genuinely disappointed by my experience. The café felt uncomfortable, especially during the summer, as there was no air conditioning or proper ventilation. It also appeared that the same employee was acting as the waiter, bartender, and cashier, while the manager constantly micromanaged him . This created a stressful atmosphere and resulted in very slow service. We waited around 45 minutes for our drinks. The restrooms were also in poor condition, with no toilet paper and a noticeable lack of maintenance. My wife ordered an iced coffee, but unfortunately it had very little flavor. When she politely asked if it would be possible to add some caramel on top even offering to pay for it we overheard the manager whisper to the waiter, "Does she want it for free?" That comment felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since we would pay for it. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and customer experience fell well below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.

Very nice place, friendly staff, delicious coffee ❤️

It’s very calm and cheap it’s the perfect environment if u want to work or revise or just sit and drink coffee and chill there is no noise and the service was super great the employees were extremely nice and the coffee tasted very good too I 100% recommend this place for students who like to revise or people who work online and need somewhere calm to work at or revise I will be coming back here tomorrow if I can
