I remember ordering a red velvet cupcake from them and it was the best dessert i have ever tried in safi in 2019 But unfortunately the quality dropped ever since i hope they return back to the way they used to be And please bring back the red velvet cupcakes i miss them 😭

Poor quality and poor service

A few years ago, this was a bakery we relied on for consistently great quality. Sadly, that standard has dropped sharply while prices have stayed the same—or even risen. The pastries now taste no better than the 4–6 DH options elsewhere, yet they’re priced at 17–22 DH. Paying more doesn’t make them any better. The “Snickers” pastry, in particular, is nothing like it used to be. The name feels misleading compared to the original product. Disappointing to see a place we once trusted for quality settle into mediocrity.

They use bags from other shops, and sometimes from clothing and shoe stores, which is against health and safety standards, and they cannot provide their own bags.

Service zero

They use bags that aren't suitable for grocery stores. They use clothing stores and can't provide their own. I don't recommend going to that bakery, thank you.
