This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely unprofessional and treated us in a very inappropriate way. The prices felt completely dishonest we were charged 40 MAD per coffee thats sucks..., while even in some of the best cafés in Morocco the price doesn’t exceed 25 mad. They didn’t provide a menu, did not give us an invoice, and the waiter calculated the prices verbally in a way that felt very misleading. It genuinely seemed like they were taking advantage of customers, and even the owner might not be aware of what is happening. What made the experience even worse is that the treatment felt different depending on who you are. As a Moroccan customer, I felt like I was not treated fairly at all, which left a very bad impression. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice atmosphere and setting to have a bite to eat. We had only 30 minutes before having to leave, but our waiter was able to get us our Moroccan salad and drinks within 15 minutes. The salad was one of the nicest versions we have had.

Walked into the restaurant, excited by the hype. Door guy's welcome felt scripted, then...nothing. Servers ghosted us for 30+ minutes, primping in every reflective surface. Atmosphere? More like a funeral for good service. Food? Who knows. We left hungry and disappointed. Save your appetite and your dignity. This place is all filters, no substance.

Hello. One of the most mesmerizing surprises ever been. The place is wonderful, the service is on the point. The food is way than delicious. Ps. Ask for Jalal, one of the angels putting all the efforts to make your visit and experience unforgettable

We had a really bad service, we gave the order and we had to wait lots of time to eat then gave us orders and wait again for the others and the most important things that they Didn't give us napkins until we asked for, and I ordered a drink in the beginning but they didn't serve my drink while I'm eating even they didn't say sorry for being late or something like this. The is very good but I don't recommend this restaurant 😕

We have enjoyed our stay at golden mansour riad for new years eve. This riad is just stunning. The staff are very welcoming we would like to thank younes, rochdi and sofia for the amazing welcome. The location is perfect right next to all historical attractions walking distance everywhere. The food was just delicious you can have a variety of mix moroccan, international food. The view at the top terrace is beautiful. The room was cozy and very quiet at night. We are so happy to have stayed here and will come back again. Thank you golden mansour
