I didn’t want to write a bad review but the more i look at my nails the more i hate them 😭 I came in for a leg/bikini wax and manicure and messaged the owner before hand with a nail design and asked if they do acrylic nails. The owner said that they can do it all. When i came into the salon, i got the waxing first which was perfectly fine, no complaints there as the lady was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I went to get my nails done after (i also already had an acrylic set on that i wanted to get filled) and i showed the photo i sent to the owner but she said she could not do it then showed me a completely random design that was not similar at all to the one i showed. That was the first red flag i noticed. I gave her an easier design and she said she could do it. Also i should mention i do not speak french or arabic so maybe there was some miscommunication but i also had my boyfriend there who speaks french and was translating. Anyways, the girl starts to take off my acrylics and i asked why she was cutting them because i just wanted a fill. She then told me that they only have gel and they have to re do my whole nail. At this point i was super upset but my nails were already cut off so i just said okay to the gel. The removal of the acrylic was super painful as when she was using the file tool she was pushing too hard and kept grinding off my REAL nail. I kept saying it hurt but she just kept doing it. And while she was shaping the extensions i was asking for her to round it more but it just kept looking bad so i gave up. The whole thing took way too much time (2.5 hours) and it was such a waste. It wasn’t until after i left the salon that the nail extensions are way too wide for my nail, and they literally go onto my skin. Also the shaping is awful and nothing like the reference photo i showed. All of the nails are different lengths, completely inconsistent. The art is sloppy and i think she even missed a second coat on one of my thumbs. The nails just look so bad and im so upset especially because they were pretty overpriced for the quality (350dh). I just can’t wait to get the nails removed 😭 I really don’t think the lady is a professional…. And I do not like the dishonesty of the owner saying they can do the designs i want when they really can’t. The worst nails I’ve ever had. I added the reference photo in the pictures as well as the nails i got to compare.

Professional this Salon different in others in Agadir I was change new look Hair balayage in I was skare of product, But the result was very nice Thank you So much girls and Boy in Beauty salon also kindly.
