Very bad online shopping experience. The product I received was different from the one I ordered. Despite my complaint, I received no response and my return was refused. Disappointing customer service; I do not recommend them.

Excellent service, welcoming and friendly.

This is my second time ordering online from GLOBALPARA website. On both occasions, the 1st and 2nd time, no one called to confirm, no one answers my calls (I have called both the phone number on their website and the one on google maps, weirdly enough the phone is ringing). In my first order, I have waited more than a week and nothing has been delivered (they claim to ship and deliver the products 48h later). I only wanted to know my recent’s order status. Cancel my order, I don’t like this “ghost” customer service.

Terrible customer support! I placed an online order. No one contacted me to confirm the order or its availability. I called them to inquire about the order, and their response was that the person in charge of order confirmation would call me back later, but no one ever did. I do not recommend buying from their online store.

Honestly, the service is nonexistent. I wasn't called to confirm my order, and it was only after five days that I received an email saying my order had been cancelled, without any explanation whatsoever! Completely unprofessional, what a shame!
