I give 4 stars to the doctor who takes the time for his patients and, above all, understands and treats them well. He has the sense of humor that all doctors should possess. I give 0 stars to his secretary. She has no empathy, no communication, the quality of interaction is catastrophic, she doesn't know how to handle a call or a patient in a critical and urgent condition, and she has a habit of speaking rudely to people, except to me. The secretary is the face of the practice; she's the patient's first point of contact, and unfortunately, even though the doctor is excellent, I will never return because of her. It's also the doctor's fault for not controlling his secretary.
