I was very dissatisfied with the service at your store. I went in to pick up some shower gel. Since I don't speak the language, I took a photo of the packaging to translate the product description. Then I carefully unscrewed the cap to smell the scent. I didn't remove the seal, didn't tear anything, and didn't damage the product in any way. Instead of calmly approaching me and explaining that I shouldn't open the cap, the salesperson started saying something but never explained the problem. Then she took a completely different shower gel, not the one I opened, put it on the register, and told me I had to pay for it. I don't understand why. If I had actually damaged the product, removed the seal, or damaged the packaging, I would have paid for it without question. But that didn't happen. Furthermore, the salesperson approached me without my permission and opened my package. I didn't do anything that gave her the right to search my personal belongings. If a store employee wants to look at the contents of a package, they should first ask permission, not just open it themselves. If your store prohibits opening items, it's enough to calmly inform the customer. Not everyone knows the store's internal rules, especially if they aren't posted anywhere. I consider this kind of attitude toward customers unprofessional and disrespectful. It's very unpleasant when, instead of a proper explanation, a customer is treated with suspicion and acts in a way that violates their personal boundaries. I hope management will look into this employee's behavior and take appropriate action.
