Very friendly server who was knowledgeable and provided recommendations. Service was quick. Food was very tasty and good portion size. Dinning inside the restaurant and also out in the mall. Very reasonable prices. We left an item behind and the server came after us, finding us on another store below. 5.5⭐️ if I could.

We walked to this restaurant straight after Jumma prayers. Easily the best fast food restaurant in Marakkech I would say. We were served by Yahya. He was soo kind and very polite. He made sure that we were ok and he was always happy to serve us and give us all what we wanted. The food tasted so tasty and very affordable as well. Highly recommend.

It was great. Our server was very kind and efficient, the food was incredible, the drinks were great... Nothing bad to say. Actually I lied, the pain de chocolate (probably spelled that wrong) had like virtually no chocolate which was sad. But aside from that 100% perfect lol.

Delicious Spanish omelet with Moroccan bread. My second time eating here. First time, i did veggies and quinoa fruit salad. Nice, kind staff. I would come back again.

Visited for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had a chicken club sandwich and a cheeseburger. We finished with the famous fluffy pancakes for dessert. Can’t fault the food at all, it was great and portions are huge. Service is great although can be a little slow. Would definitely recommend and visit again

My partner and I came here for late breakfast, it’s inside the mall and is clean and beautifully presented. The lady that seated and served us was very friendly and service was quick but not rushed. The food was incredible, lots to chose from on the menu but we chose the Fluffy breakfast and Beldi breakfast. A great selection of food to try from each spread. The menu is in both English and French and the staff also speak both well. There is WiFi but I didn’t ask for the password and it’s not written in the menu. Excellent value for money, delicious food with great service!

Pleasant experience overall We visited Fluffy recently and it was quite a nice experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – it really made a difference. The food itself was of average quality, but it’s clear that the team puts effort into what they do. You can feel they care, and that counts for a lot.
