I am deeply disappointed and hurt by my experience at the Face & Body Clinic by Dr Fahd BENSLIMANE. From the moment I arrived, it was one disaster after another. First, the assistants were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued patient. Things only got worse when I was suddenly told that the equipment needed for my consultation was "broken"—a claim that conveniently arose only after I refused to have my photo taken. My request was simply to take a measurement, and the photos were completely irrelevant to the procedure. Having had this same measurement done previously outside of Morocco without any such issue, I found their excuse both dishonest and unprofessional. My hopes for a professional and supportive experience were completely ruined. To make matters worse, an assistant was particularly rude throughout my visit. She belittled and dismissed me at every opportunity, as if my concerns were irrelevant. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable, and it felt like she went out of her way to make my experience as uncomfortable as possible. I had specifically requested that no photos be taken of me during the appointment—a request I had clarified before arriving and during the call when the appointment was scheduled. Despite this, the assistant insisted in a pushy and disrespectful manner that photos had to be taken. When I firmly refused, she suddenly claimed that the consultation couldn’t proceed due to the broken equipment, leaving me feeling humiliated and ignored. The issues didn’t stop there. I was supposed to meet the doctor for a thorough consultation, but I never even got the chance. The lack of professionalism and consideration was shocking for a clinic that markets itself as a place of care and expertise. To top it all off, the clinic’s administrative team seemed completely disorganized, failing to offer any solutions or apologies for the appalling treatment I received. Despite the numerous problems, I was left without any follow-up or acknowledgment of how poorly I was treated. For a place that claims to offer high-quality medical care, this Eye Clinic is anything but. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually values its patients—because this clinic certainly doesn’t.
