Entre'act ( Café berkane )

The service is really terrible. The waiter's name is Thami, I think, and he's absolutely awful. I just want the manager's name for this cafe, please. And he wouldn't let me sit in the Moroccan lounge.

I can't say what I think; there's no welcome, no waiter, just people walking by chatting, but nobody comes to see us. I don't recommend it.

We went in as a family; it was almost empty. We waited 20 minutes... then left. First time I've ever seen a café not serving customers!

My fiancée and I were there, and I asked the waiter if we could sit in the area behind the restaurant. He said it was reserved for families and prevented us from doing so, even though he didn't have a smile or provide excellent service.

A wonderful surprise! Very good café/restaurant. We had two magnificent breakfasts. Well done to the team! The cook deserves praise. Professional waiter. The café is located below the Hotel Zaki. (The signage was poor, making it difficult to find.) Really good prices. Well done!
