I understand that everyone faces personal circumstances. However, it is unacceptable to cancel an appointment at the last minute and not answer calls, even just to apologize. A simple message or call would have been appreciated.

Emy is incredibly talented and one of the kindest people we've met. My sister and I had such a lovely time, and we left with beautiful nails. We highly recommend Emy if you're looking to get your nails done in Tamraght!
