Scam. They charged me 210 MAD for a nail repair. For those who know about nails, I want to clarify: my nail plate was damaged to the point where my nail became red and painful (I should mention that I came in with a perfectly healthy nail). She glued on a gel nail (the kind used for a full manicure, which is glued on with gel) using glue, which unfortunately wouldn't adhere properly. Then she added resin on top to make it stick. The result was a weakened and painful nail with a gel nail on top that wasn't glued on at all, only staying in place because there was an astronomical amount of resin on the base. All this for €21 (the price of a full set with beautiful effects in Morocco). Unfortunately, I don't have a photo because I went straight to a competent nail technician the next day who fixed this disaster for 50 MAD.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I paid a very expensive price (700dh) for acrylic expecting high-quality work, but my nails broke after only 3 days while Im travelling. The appointment took long time, much longer than expected with the lady. For the amount charged, I expected better quality. Considering the poor quality and overall experience, I would appreciate a refund or partial refund. Please let me know how you would like to resolve this issue. Thank you.

The staff is really kind, welcoming, and very polite. The salon has a pleasant atmosphere, and you feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive. However, I'm unfortunately disappointed with the results of the permanent manicure. The nails aren't smooth; the surface is uneven, some areas are too thin, and others are too thick. The tips are transparent, and the finish isn't uniform. For the price I paid, I expected a more meticulous and professional job.

Best gel nails I have had done. Good eyebrow shaping and threading. Lovely friendly staff.
