With all due respect to Dr. Saïd Alhadad, I feel compelled to share my very disappointing experience. The medical profession is a noble one, demanding attentiveness, precision, and responsibility. Unfortunately, during my consultation, I received a diagnosis that turned out to be completely erroneous. The doctor deemed my ear condition serious, whereas after consulting a specialist, it was simply a minor inflammation, not even requiring antibiotics. I acknowledge that I should have consulted a specialist directly, but after so many years of experience, I expected at least a reliable opinion from him. Instead, I was deeply disappointed. Four days later, I feel perfectly fine, which confirms that his judgment was entirely inappropriate. I understand that no one is infallible, but giving such an alarming and unfounded opinion is a serious error that can genuinely worry patients. I have no doubt that you are a good general practitioner, but in some cases, you should either make a sure judgment or refer the patient to a specialist when you have the slightest doubt.
