A very bad experience with this clinic. The staff lacks professionalism and communication skills. We received no clear explanation about my grandfather's condition or the treatments he received. Every question was met with vague or nonexistent answers. In addition to the lack of medical follow-up, the billing is excessive and unjustified. We were asked for significant sums without any transparency regarding the details of the care. The most serious issue remains the neglect my grandfather suffered. We felt a lack of attention and serious care, which unfortunately led to his death. This is an immense loss for our family. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. Patients deserve respect, transparency, and quality care.

First of all, my respect to the hospital owner, Mohamed Takhim, and I encourage him for his efforts and investment in his city. However, in all honesty, and speaking from personal experience and the truth, the hospital's management is extremely poor, and the officials treat us with extreme condescension. The room prices are exaggerated. Lunch consists of just soup, no water, no salad, no fruit. It's as if we were in a prison. When we protested the price, we were told it was a private wing. The staff's treatment of patients' families is extremely cold. I hope the hospital owner will intervene to put an end to all the shortcomings so that the hospital can reach the required standard.

Service and staff: 0 Patient treatment and respect are nonexistent. We stayed at the clinic and there was nothing. May God punish them, they made me angry today.
