False diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis based solely on a single positive anti-CCP test, without performing a joint ultrasound or MRI of the hands. Then she prescribed methotrexate for three months, saw that the patient didn't feel any better after the course, and decided to continue the treatment anyway... A complete farce. Thank God we saw a real internist elsewhere who ordered an ultrasound and an MRI, and both were negative, so it's not RA, Madam "internist." Shame on you.
