WARNING!, Avoid this clinic at all costs—our experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I urge everyone to stay away I am compelled to share my experience to inform others. My interactions with this doctor's office have been profoundly unsatisfying and disappointing from multiple aspects. The management of appointments has been extremely poor, with respect to respecting patients' time. Despite scheduling early appointments, we have consistently faced unreasonable waiting times, extending to several hours. It's concerning that this doctor appears to take on more patients than can be reasonably managed, leading to significant delays and a potential compromise in the quality of care and attention. Such experiences have been a recurring issue, which I believe future patients should be aware of. Our initial choice was influenced by positive reviews, but our actual experience was starkly different, leading me to question the reliability of these testimonials. We prepared extensively for our visits, including undergoing detailed neurological and neuropsychological evaluations and providing comprehensive reports for the doctor's review. However, it became apparent that these preparatory efforts were overlooked. Important findings from previous assessments were dismissed without adequate explanation or scientific backing. The recommended treatment, involving numerous sessions of electromagnetic wave therapy, was a substantial financial commitment without any guarantee of improvement. The lack of ongoing assessment during this treatment was another concern. Following the treatment, obtaining a follow-up report was an arduous process, and the eventual report provided lacked detailed scientific insight or guidance for future steps. In summary, my experience has been disheartening. The approach felt more commercialised than patient-oriented. It's crucial for healthcare professionals to balance business aspects with empathetic, efficient patient care, which I felt was missing here.
