Dear Doctor, I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the cancellation of my appointment today, July 9, 2026. The cancellation was announced only 30 minutes before the scheduled time by a call from your secretary, without any valid reason. This situation is unacceptable for an elderly patient who had arranged their schedule to keep this appointment. Such short notice is unreasonable and demonstrates a lack of respect that patients have a right to expect. Patients' time is just as valuable as that of healthcare professionals, and such an arrangement inevitably damages the relationship of trust. It is shameful and unprofessional.

The best urologist we've ever had...outstanding. He's an expert in his field and, above all, kind and modest. He knows how to make his patients smile and comfort them. If there were more than 5 stars, I would have given them all...I highly recommend him...

Note: This appointment concerned an urgent situation for my father, and I needed a medical opinion before an operation. This complete lack of consideration and professionalism is shocking, especially in such a sensitive context. Patients are not options to be rescheduled at the last minute according to your convenience. I sincerely hope that you understand the impact of this type of behavior and that you will take responsibility in the future.
