The doctor may possess medical competence, but the clinic's system lacks the most basic principles of humanity and respect for people's time. I registered on the waiting list, and the receptionist asked me to come at 2:00 PM, only to be surprised to find myself waiting in the waiting room until 4:30 PM with a 24-month-old child and another who is five years old! On top of this exhausting delay, absent patients were being seen simply because their names were already on the waiting list! When I demanded my rights and respect for my children's time, the doctor and the receptionist responded with extreme arrogance instead of apologizing. Therefore, I decided to leave immediately and refused a refund, because my children's dignity and comfort cannot be bought. Medical skill is worthless without compassion and kindness. Although the doctor may have medical competence, the clinic's management cruelly lacks humanity and respect for patients' time. I also wrote down the list and received my order from the evening at 14:00, in order to be surprised at the reception in the salon at 16:30, to accommodate a baby from 24 hours and an infant of 5 years! There is a lot of love, on the other hand, people who are absent from the previous text say that they are most inscribed! When I read my heart and respect the temps of my children, the doctor and the receptionist ont before a major accident at the time of exposure. Face to face, I'll press the decision of immediacy and I'll reuse the control device, car lag and comfort my children without the price. The medical competency should not be lost without compassion.
